Vision
HCC is a progressive, successful and all-inclusive family club. Its vision is to further encourage success through a new structured junior pathway and a financial investment to provide additional training facilities so that by the start of 2027 season HCC can offer all juniors the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Strategy
The strategy to realise the club’s Vision will: • Provide a committee as oversight to drive forward the club’s strategy. • Change the club’s financial risk appetite to allow investment into club training facilities. • Change the club’s approach to training from age group focused to a combined age/ability doctrine. • Introduce an Academy to allow coaches to focus on specific areas where individuals require additional training.
